 Managing Director Brazil (f/m) - based in Sao Paulo with frequent travel within Brazil.

Tasks:
• Manage the existing organization with currently 20 employees including back office
• Improve the existing sales and organisation skills of the subsidiary
• Train and develop the current sales- and back office team to prepare the organization for future growth
• Facilitate the implementation of further products and services against a competitive landscape
• Key Account Management, active development of customer relations with the aim to win clients for the global product scope
• Represent the worldwide group to Brazilian associations, politics and press
• Potential development of special professional topics such as Industrial, Automation, Motion, Logistics, Renewables, etc.
• Personal presence and relationship management with major clients
• Responsibility that finance and accounting topics are done accordingly to local law and group compliance
• Build highly effective business strategies and tactical execution plans based on the customer requirements, market trends, competitors’ presence and allocated budgets
• Build a strong commercial business by engaging highly effective partners to satisfy customers requirements
• Identify opportunities and recommend investments in cooperation with the German headquarter
• Create and execute clear and effective business strategies

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or comparable educational background
• Several years of managerial experience with a clear focus on sales and business development
• Experience gained ideally within b2b services such as professional trade magazines, publishing houses, trade fair companies or any service related business that deals with professional communities
• Proven history of results and business development
• A very dynamic, energetic personality with the drive to take the business to the next level
• The ability to initiate and develop relationships on executive level
• A highly independent work ethic with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
